.: Help for buy

The buy command buys an item for sale at a merchant.

Usage: 

  buy sword              Buy one sword.
  buy 5 iron ingot       Buy five iron ingots at once.
  buy sword from kerra   Buy from a specific merchant.

When buying multiple items, the purchase stops early if you
run out of gold or cannot carry any more.
