The newbie command talks on the world-wide
newbie channel — the place to ask for help. Everyone is
listening by default, so there is usually someone around to answer.

If you are an experienced player and want to help (or want quiet), turn the
channel on or off with channels.

Usage: 

  newbie how do I equip a weapon?

  Output to everyone with newbie on:

  (newbie) Charles: how do I equip a weapon?
