.: Help for rally

The rally command calls out an inspiring shout that
steadies the defenses of you and your allies. All friendly
characters in the room receive a temporary bonus to their
ability to dodge, parry, and block incoming attacks.

Requirements:

  - Cannot be used if special move cooldown is active

Usage:

  rally
  Shout an inspiring call to bolster defenses

Affects:

  - You (the caster)
  - Your companions in the room
  - Party members in the room and their companions

Mechanics:

  Effect: Improves dodge, parry, and block
  Duration: Moderate
  Scaling: Rhetoric skill and Charisma
  Cooldown: Shared with bash, trip, kick, and taunt
  Skill: Progresses Rhetoric and Charisma

Rally can be used before combat begins, making it useful
for pre-buffing before engaging a tough enemy. Higher Rhetoric
skill and Charisma increase the potency of the effect.
