.: Help for report / rep

The report command broadcasts your vital bars
(HP, SP, CP) so others can see your status. Useful for
party coordination during combat.

Usage: 

  rep              Broadcast vitals to the room.
  rep party        Send vitals to party chat only.
  rep      Whisper vitals to a specific player.
  rep me           Check your own vitals privately.

The bars use the same colored 10-block display as the fight
prompt — green when healthy, yellow when low, red when critical.
