The spellcasting skill governs your ability to
channel Chrysalis energy into spells. Higher ranks improve spell
hit chance, duration, and damage. It also determines which spells
you can discover through practice.

Spellcasting improves each time you successfully cast a spell.
As your skill grows, you discover new spell patterns — more
complex spells require higher skill to learn.

Spells cost Conviction and require
concentration through fold accumulation. Being knocked prone or
taking heavy damage can break your concentration.
